In the office, credit cards are processed through Square, which can handle Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Health Savings Accounts can often be used via a debit card that is compatible with the above credit cards. I am in-network with MHN, ComPsych, and Tricare West.
For clients who cannot afford the customary fee, a sliding scale is available. A limited number of slots are available for clients who can afford little or nothing.
